We aim to offer an excellent service at competitive fees, we listen to our clients needs, we have a VIP service at 15% + Vat for that extra special service and our standard management service is 12% + Vat.
No up-front letting fee or yearly renewal fees
We do not charge you renewal letting fees at the start of each new tenancy or upfront letting fees when taking full management.

Fully & qualified vetted tenants & deposits
We qualify all of our tenants and ensure they have the right to remain the UK, a security deposit is taken to cover any damages.

With our in-house solicitors we have access to legal advice and tenancy agreements that you can trust are up to date and qualified.
Regular home inspections
It is the tenants home but we also want to make sure they are keeping your property in a tenant like manner.

We employ local tradespeople that know your type of house/flat and have many years experience working in property maintenance and repair.
Check in/out & utility change over before & after tenancies
To ensure your property is kept in good order we arrange a check-in and check-out inspection, we also transfer all of the utilities over to the incoming tenant.
Excellent communication with tenants and landlords
A happy tenant will stay longer and treat your property with respect, we aim to respond to all tenant issues within a couple of hours, updating our landlords as maintenance issues arise.
